
Find a safe place to practice 5 minutes daily:
Eyes softly looking forward; an inward focus on slow ujjayi breaths.
As you press down into the four corners of your balancing foot, pull upward through your central channel (pelvic floor to crown). Gently shift weight to your adjusted center of balance.
If foot to inner thigh is too challenging, bring foot to inner ankle with toes lightly touching or off the floor, then work your way up your leg, only not on the knee. We must preserve knees.
Balance comes from the unifying of opposing forces into oneness.
As we balance physically we come to balance inwardly. Inner conflicts dissolve. The mind goes quiet with focus and concentration. When we find balance within ourselves we create balance in the universe around us. When we all balance, bringing more consciousness (0neness)to the world we make the world more harmonious and peaceful, a reflection of the true inner you. And no more falls!
