Whenever you feel you need more time than you have, you can do this exercise.
With both feet placed firmly rooted on the floor take a breath and sigh a long, slow exhale. Allow everything that is pressuring you to drain down, into the ground through the roots of your feet. Gently place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your belly with a long, luxurious breath while repeating silently to yourself the affirmation: "I am in this moment, I am relaxed." Repeat it again as you breathe out.
Whenever you want to stretch time, do this slowly. As in your yoga, slower is better. Taking the time to do this will cause an inner shift to miraculously expand time.
