In nature we see animals that gets sick, they rest, they stop all activity , they stop consuming food, they stop drinking water, and they let their body heal at the highest level. I believe this is an instinctual trait letting the animal know, that in order to heal effectively, you have to stop the body from focusing primarily on using it's energy for digestion, and the elimination of urinary waste.
We have become a culture that has been domesticated and taught to do everything backwards when it comes to the natural process of healing. We're always looking for some kind of Band-Aid, some kind of nutritive Remedy, and to make sure we're getting enough an adequate enough "calories" to heal our self. When the body breaks down and gets ill, the natural response, is that you lose all desire to drink water and to eat food. There is a good reason for this, because it's just nature letting you know that it wants to focus its energy on healing itself, rather than putting energy towards burning off carbon, lipids, and nitrogen for fuel.
We must shift our Focus away from treatment based theories to heal the body, and focus primarily on finding an effective way to allow the body to heal itself through rest. We do have options for the body to heal itself while consuming chemistry, and that happens to be the raw foods primarily the fruits and the herbs. I believe there is a synergetic effect of fueling the body and allowing the body to rest completely from consumption. But you must consume the right chemistry for this to be effective. In nature a species eats the diet their design for, and don't experience healing crisis like we do as humans. The beautiful thing is you eat the diet your biologically designed to eat, and you take time to fast, the body will effectively heal itself. So I believe there's a fine balance. we must consume, and we must also take a break from consumption.
Fasting is an effective tool to accelerate healing. Mono fruit feasting, on top of fasting, I believe brings a fine balance of fueling and cleaning the body out, as well as accelerating the healing through Dry fasting. When you mono fruit eat for a while, you're only going to double the effectiveness of optimal digestion. Dry fasting alongside mono fruit feasting has been the most effective tool to accelerate healing in my personal situation regarding my health.
As important as it is to me to eat the diet I'm biologically designed to eat which are going to be fruits, I highly suggest keeping your consumption with eating as mono and simple as possible, to eliminate more energy for digestion, so that the body could rest , and start to heal itself. it's rest that accelerates the healing process. I don't believe we need to starve ourselves to create this healing process. I think by integrating intermittent dry fasting daily, alongside mono fruit feasting, or just mono fruit meals, Can Be an Effective tool to accelerate the healing process, as well as bring balance, and stability to the human organism.
There is a way too fast every single day, and this is my personal approach to my healing process.
Because we live in a day and age of Rapid Health decline, and the toxicity that we have created, we can't just jump into fasting, and expect immediate results. we have to Wing ourself off, of the stimulants, and the junk food first. the chemicals in the foods today make the body react, like it would be dependent on a drug. Fasting must be achieved these days working your way up to this process, rather than just jumping right into it.
Jumping right into fasting can release so many toxins at once , that could negatively shock the body and create negative consequences. The food is so toxic withdrawing these chemicals out of the body, this can cause destructive consequences in the same way, if somebody that was dependent on a highly addictive prescription drugs, was to just discontinue use, without winging themselves off the drug. When your body has become dependent on these chemicals it could be fatal, and dangerous to just suddenly stop taking them, and a certain degree it's the same thing inregards to the foods we consume. We must mentally and physically wean off these foods, so that we could benefit from fasting without creating fatal consequences. Weaning off the foods that caused obstructions should be the first goal you pursue. After cleaning out the body and getting the kidneys to filter out these acidic waste that blocked the flow of energy and suppress bodily function, then I would recommend to enter into the world of dry fasting.
Dry fasting in my opinion is the way that we should fast. I personally believe this is the most natural way to fast, as well as the most effective way to fast. The true fasting experience is stopping all consumption. Any other type of fast is really just a modified fast, and not a real one. The body will Fast itself when it gets extremely toxic, and take away your desire for consumption completely, this is a sign of true regenerative fasting, and the healing process taking place. There are water fasting, juice fasting, cooked food fasting, and all kinds of modified fast that do play their part, and we should participate in these methods in the beginning stages. In my opinion working up to dry fasting should be our goal when it comes to are personalized healing program. You want a fast in a way that's most aligned with nature, because that's going to be the most effective tool to accelerate the healing process.
Intermittent dry fasting daily for long periods of time can increase longevity, improve digestion, rapidly improve skin tone, and accelerate detoxification in a mind-blowing way in my opinion. I think the most balanced and effective way to fast, would be to start dry fasting for 12 hours everyday, and then work your way up to 16-18 hours daily. If you do this after successfully hydrating your body enough, to handle it, you will experience healing in a much quicker pace. You will also experienced more detoxification as well. We should never fear detoxification or avoid the process. We want to accelerate detoxification. The problem is most people don't work their way up the Pyramid of detoxification, so they experience such aggressive , and the negative reactions, that it turns them away from it completely, and scares them from pursuing it.
Detoxification and fasting should be something that you pursue long-term with patience. Instead of crapping on the idea of fasting and long-term detoxification, learn the art of working your way up to these higher levels, and you won't experience the negativity, and by into the disinformation, and negativity expressed towards it. Dry fasting has become a way of life for me, and I enjoy the process of healing this way.
The way to dry fast properly is to stop consumption of water, ingestion of food, and Allow no physical contact with water whatsoever for a certain period of time. There are people that have learned how to dry fast for several days at a time. I think that if you work your way up to these higher levels, you must prepare yourself properly, in regards to a lifestyle of natural hygiene.
What I mean by this is you don't dry fast, and then return back to an obstructive lifestyle of eating Foods your body is not designed for, and has become extremely sensitive towards, because it's learned to adapt Back To Nature, by consuming higher levels of foods , which in my opinion is going to always be at the fruitarian levels.
If your body is backed up with acid interstitially, and you already feel extremely dehydrated, I don't recommend you fast Period. Hydrate your body first clean out all the obstructions, and then enjoy the benefits of allowing the body to rest abstaining from all consumption.
You will feel the best during the dry fasting phase after you have become used to this as a lifestyle. You will experience more energy, and you will have more balance mentally and physically than ever before. This is because the body has learned how to function optimally, allowing the body's reserves to be used effectively for fuel, rather than an over consumption of food that at times can block the flow of energy, creating more fatigue, than producing the energy you desire to have. I personally dry fast for 16 hours every single day, and I have for several months. I've noticed an increase in my kidney filtration because I'm not overburdening their function.
When you come from a high protein diet and a junk food type of diet, you will drastically compromise and damage your kidneys, to where they cannot be used effectively to filter out lymphatic metabolic wastes that are stored up in the body, that cause every inflammatory and health condition you can imagine. So when you learn and work your way up to dry fasting, the kidneys will start to heal more effectively, and by putting this pressure on these sensitive kidneys with over consumption of food, and water, they will not only heal faster, and could primarily focus on their job filtering out these waste, so that your body can heal quicker, and function better. Try it for yourself start dry fasting for 12 hours daily, and work your way up to 16-18 hours daily, and experience the many benefits of reversing your symptoms, as well as experiencing more optimal bodily function.
