After spending this weekend in the country, energized by nature, I am so grateful for my yoga practice!
As we cleared the forest around our property, bending, stretching, reaching, I was so grateful my body was ready for this full weekend of activity. Lunging, without strain. Breathing consciously, smiling all the way. Yoga has taught me to feel the ease and joy in all I do and helps my body/mind/spirit stay present thus prepared for all challenges.
