Ultimately everyone is different and has different needs so I can accomodate many styles, from Raja yoga to Ashtunga, Hatha, Ishta, Gentle, Anusara or Vinyassa and Power yoga for beginners to advanced practicioners.    Restorative and Yoga Nidra can also be requested.
