FITNESS PHILOSOPHY:  to Unleash your Personal Power.

Fitness is a progressive journey. Our first step is to assess whether you will need to open up or strengthen up. What we’ll find is you’ll probably need a bit of both in different areas. Once your completely aligned and balanced we will start to work on full functionality, so life, sports, recreation and even rest become more comfortable and easy.
My tools as your trainer are your strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes to discover your disposition and your needs. I add free weights, plyometrics, aerobics, lactate threshold training, yoga, rehab, realignment, pilates, Russian military exercises, meditation, as well as nutritional & personal guidance.  It’s all for your success.  You will become motivated and dedicated, because, the program is safe, fun, challenging, effective and rewarding.   Once you’ve established the lifestyle you are then free as a bird to strut your stuff looking and feeling slim, toned and gorgeous.
